Managing Team Members

Invite colleagues, set permissions, and manage access to your organization.

Collaborate with your team by inviting members to your organization. Control access with role-based permissions.

Inviting Team Members

To invite a new team member:

  • Go to Settings > Team Members
  • Click 'Invite Member'
  • Enter their email address
  • Select their role (Admin, Editor, or Viewer)
  • Click 'Send Invitation'

They'll receive an email invitation to join your organization. The invitation expires after 7 days.

Role Permissions

Available roles:

  • Admin: Full access including billing, team management, and all features
  • Editor: Can create and edit budgets, advertisers, and channels
  • Viewer: Read-only access to dashboards and reports

Start team members with Viewer access and upgrade permissions as needed. It's easier to grant than revoke.

Removing Access

To remove a team member, go to Settings > Team Members, find their row, and click 'Remove'. Their access is revoked immediately.

When an employee leaves your company, remove their AdBudgetBuddy access promptly to maintain data security.
