Exporting Budget Reports

Generate professional PDF and CSV reports for clients and stakeholders.

AdBudgetBuddy makes it easy to generate polished reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Export budget vs. actual data in multiple formats.

Export Formats

Available export formats:

PDF: Formatted report with charts and branding
CSV: Raw data for spreadsheet analysis
Google Sheets: Direct export to a Google Sheet

Generating a Report

Follow these steps:

Navigate to the dashboard or specific advertiser view
Click the 'Export' button in the top right
Select your date range (month, quarter, or custom)
Choose export format (PDF, CSV, or Google Sheets)
Click 'Generate Report'

PDF Report Contents

PDF reports include:

Report sections:

Executive summary with key metrics
Budget vs. actual comparison chart
Channel-level breakdown table
Daily pacing trend chart
Month-over-month comparison (if applicable)

PDF reports automatically use your organization branding if configured in Settings > Branding.

Scheduling Reports

Set up automated report delivery. Go to Settings > Scheduled Reports to configure weekly or monthly report emails to stakeholders.
